Jean-Michel grew up in Paris and received his masters degree from Sorbonne University. He completed studies at Paris’s renowned National Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. While at the Conservatory, he won a scholarship to study at New York’s Columbia University, under the tutelage of director Andrei Serban.
During his time in New York, Jean-Michel appeared in numerous Off-Broadway productions.
After completing a theatre tour in Australia, Jean-Michel settled in Los Angeles, where he now enjoys a cross-continental career.
He is a founding member of TNA, appearing in No Exit and The Mythology Project: In The Beginnings. Most recently, he originated the role of The Pink Hat in TNA’s production of The Angry Guy in the Pink Hat.
Jean-Michel also has a thriving voiceover career and is recognized as one the top European voice talents in Los Angeles.
In 2007, he performed alongside Sean Penn and Robert De Niro in Barry Levinson’s What Just Happened? and opposite Alan Rickman in Bottle Shock. He also shot a guest-starring role on television’s Jane Doe: Eye of the Beholder.
Jean-Michel lives in Hollywood with his wife and his greatest accomplishment: three year old daughter Tatyana.
